The City of Burien’s Utility Tax Relief Program offers rebates on certain utility taxes paid toward the following services: water, sewer, solid waste removal provided by Recology Cleanscapes, electricity provided by Puget Sound Energy, telephone (including cellular), and basic cable television. Applications for the 2023 calendar year are closed as of December 15, 2023. Rebates will be issued by end of February 2024.
