Non-emergency incidents are managed by the Burien Police Department/King County Sheriff's Office. Non-emergency examples include abandoned vehicles, lost property, theft, traffic complaints, vandalism, and vehicle prowls.
Report a Downed Power Line
If you see a downed line, keep your distance and immediately report it by calling 911.
Report a Power Outage
If you experience a power outage, report it to your power company.

Report a Roadway Concern
Roadway hazards are reported differently depending on the issue: guardrails, signs, signals, potholes, or lights.
- Guardrail Down: Call 911 immediately
- Traffic Sign Down or Traffic Signal Outage: Report this to the non-emergency line (206) 296-3311. Call 911 if reporting an emergency
- Potholes: Submit this issue through Fix It Burien. If you believe this pothole could cause vehicle damage, please report this to the non-emergency line (206) 296-3311
