Permit submittals are only accepted through MyBuildingPermit (with the current exception of fire permit applications, see Service Update on the Permit Center page). The following downloadable PDF files provide information on applying for and submitting your permitting project on MyBuildingPermit:

MyBuildingPermit will ask you a sequence of questions before you can access your permit application. This is what we refer to as a "permit pathway". Permit pathways are provided to assist when going through the prompts that will lead you to your application.

Completed utilities applications must be approved by your utility provider prior to application submittal. These forms will accompany your permit application on MyBuildingPermit. Upload certificates as a part of your application. If you have any questions, you can contact a permit tech at [email protected] and/or your utility provider.
