Rental Request Form
Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of submitting a room rental request. If there is alcohol being served at the event, the applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of submitting the request.
Rental requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the requested date. Requests are accepted electronically by email, or in-person at the Burien Community Center. Rental applications are considered on a first-paid (security deposit), first-serve basis and are subject to space and staffing availability.
The security deposit is due at the time of booking. Rental fees are due 14 days prior to the rental date. Failure to pay the balance 14 days prior to the rental date may result in the cancellation of the rental without a refund.
The City of Burien programming and events have priority and supersede any rental request.

- Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
*Cannot start during daily closure of 2-3 p.m
Reservations Accepted
Quarterly Basis:
- December 1st: January-March
- March 1st: April-June
- June 1st: July-August
- August 1st: September-December
*Weekday rentals will incur an additional staffing fee of $50/rental hour for all rental time occurring outside of regular business hours. These requests are subject to Coordinator approval.
*Ongoing weekday rentals may be requested for a 3-month period and will be considered after the City's recreation programs have been scheduled.
