Project Overview
This project includes several improvements to the storm drainage at Eagle Landing Park. The project consists of the installation of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe to tight-line the existing open drainage through the park and connect to an existing outfall at the southern edge of the park, and provide improvements to this outfall. The project also includes installation of two water quality treatment facilities and stormwater conveyance improvements along 25th Ave SW.
Improvements include:
- Installation of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe within Eagle Landing Park
- Installation of Stormwater conveyance and water quality treatment facilities on 25th Ave SW
- Repairs to existing Stormwater outfall at the southern edge of Eagle Landing Park
- Site restoration and landscaping

This project has been completed.
Neighborhood Impact
Eagle Landing Park will be closed from Tuesday, September 29, 2020 through project completion in December 2020 (estimated). There will be flagging operations on SW 149th St and 25th Ave SW while work is being performed in the right-of-way.
