Project Overview
ecoTHRIVE is proposing an affordable housing development at 12230 Military Rd S. The proposed development includes 27 owner-occupied cottages to be affordable to households with average incomes of 50% of the area median income, 23 parking spaces, a community building, and shared outdoor space. All buildings will be 1-2 stories tall.
On March 27, 2023, the City Council voted to include the ecoTHRIVE project in the Burien Affordable Housing Demonstration Program.
