Project Overview
La Serra is a 36-lot residential subdivision proposed by Lennar Northwest Inc. to be on 8.04 acres located on the west side of 4th Ave SW between SW 124th St and SW 126th St. Access to the lots will be from three new public streets and three private lanes. Full street frontage improvements consisting of curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and streetlights are required on SW 124th St, 4th Avenue SW, and the public internal streets. A common recreation area will also be provided with benches, picnic tables, and children's play equipment.
Project Status
- April 6, 2021: Public hearing held by the City Hearing Examiner.
- May 4, 2021: Hearing Examiner issued a recommendation to City Council to approve with conditions.
- June 7, 2021: City Council gave approval for Resolution 461 approving Plat design
- Late summer, 2021: Clearing, roadway construction and utility installation is planned to begin.
