RESOLUTION NO. 183

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURIEN, WASHINGTON, Declaring residential structures located at 659 and 643 SW 141st Street in the SW 142nd Depression Surplus Property

            WHEREAS, the City has purchased real property located at 659 and 643 SW 141^st Street in the SW 142^nd Street Depression; and

            WHEREAS, the residential structures located on these two parcels are surplus to the needs of the City;

            NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURIEN, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.  The residential structures located at 659 and 643 SW 141^st Street in Burien, Washington are declared surplus to the needs of the City.  Staff is instructed to sell these residential structures for the best available price or properly dispose of the structures that the staff is unable to sell.

Section 2.  Effective Date. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Burien City Council.

ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURIEN, WASHINGTON, AT A REGULAR MEETING THEREOF THIS 11^TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2003.
