Purpose: to provide guidance and direction to the City Council on Burien's future economic development through review of, and recommendations for improvement to, the economic development component of the City's Comprehensive Plan, and to advise the City Council on other economic development programs and priorities. Thank you for your interest in serving on one of the City of Burien's Citizen Advisory Boards. Participation on each of these boards requires possible attendance at evening meetings. All appointments are made by the City Council and are for two and four-year terms (ad-hoc committee appointments are for the duration of the study or special purpose).
