Dottie Harper Park is a 3.5 acre urban, but majestically wooded park which features a playground, picnic space, amphitheater and walking trails. Within walking distance of hundreds of apartments and single-family homes, the Park provides a place for interpreting the ecosystems in an urban forest, and for strolling, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Park History
