Your Personal Happiness Project

A little ray of sunshine is coming to Burien, in the form of a one-of-a-kind new workshop called ‘Your Personal Happiness Project,’ which will take place at the Burien Community Center on Oct. 14.

“It’s a Saturday morning worth waking up for,” said co-facilitator Andrea Lindsay. “Participants will have fun learning proven ways to raise their happiness quotient. They will get help creating a personal plan to make small, doable changes.”
The science of happiness has made huge strides, notes co-facilitator Kay Morrison.
“We now know that about 40% of happiness is under our personal control. We also now understand that certain small shifts in our thinking and our actions can help us raise our baseline happiness levels.”

Ready to embrace a new positive energy in your life? Craving a little more joy and sparkle? This interactive workshop will help you chart your own path to delight and inner contentment. Explore practical ways to weave moments of joy into your daily rhythms. Indulge in a little self-exploration, discovering revealing insights to lift your happiness quotient. Come away with a set of personalized tools you can use now to invite happiness into each and every day. Join us!
